Concert Dates & Scheduling
Your concert date is selected and scheduled by your primary teacher. Each instructor chooses the date and time that works best for their studio. Please check with your teacher for your specific performance date!
No worries! We have flexible options for you:
- Join another teacher’s concert on a different date (if spots are available)
- Participate in one of our three specially reserved school-wide concert dates

Great question! Once we finalize all the teachers’ concert dates, we will publish a complete schedule on our website. You’ll be able to:
- View all available concert dates and times
- See which concerts still have available performance slots
- Contact our office to request a spot in an alternative concert
This makes it easy for you to find a date that works perfectly with your family’s schedule!
Absolutely! While many concerts take place in December, we also have January dates available. The specific timing depends on your teacher’s selection and venue availability. We understand that families have busy schedules with vacations and other commitments, so we’ve planned concerts across multiple weeks to give everyone the best chance to participate.
Performance Guidelines
Great question! Your performance piece should:
- Showcase your current skill level and what you’ve been working on
- Have strong performance appeal and engage your audience
- Holiday pieces are welcome and festive! Just remember that many students may choose similar selections. We encourage variety to keep each concert exciting and diverse
Discuss your options with your teacher—they’ll help you select the perfect piece that lets you shine!
Performance length guidelines:
- Beginning students: 1-2 minutes is perfect
- Advanced students: 3-5 minutes works beautifully
If your piece runs longer, consider skipping repeated sections and moving to the finale. This keeps the concert flowing smoothly and gives everyone equal spotlight time!
We strongly encourage memorization as it’s excellent practice and allows you to connect more deeply with your performance. However, it’s not a strict requirement!
If you need sheet music on stage:
- Absolutely bring your music—we support your comfort on stage
- Plan ahead for page turns (you may need a helper from your friend or teacher or careful sheet arrangement)
- Discuss the best approach with your teacher
Remember: The goal is a confident, enjoyable performance—whether that’s with or without music!
Technical & Venue Information
Yes! We provide:
- Microphones and amplification for all vocal performances
- Bluetooth connectivity so you can play backing tracks directly from your phone
Feel free to prepare your accompaniment track in advance, and we’ll help you connect seamlessly!
Absolutely! We’ll have ready for you:
- Amplification system
- Microphone
- Footstool for proper playing posture
Fun fact: Our concert hall has fantastic natural acoustics—even without amplification, your sound carries beautifully to the back row. But we still provide amplification to ensure everyone hears your performance perfectly!
We provide four professional, height-adjustable piano benches. All students who need to perform seated will have comfortable, properly fitted seating. Everything is prepared and ready for you!
Rest assured! Our grand pianos receive professional tuning before concerts. You’ll be performing on instruments with excellent tone quality and precise intonation—exactly what you deserve for your special performance!
Recording & Photography
YES, YES, and YES! We absolutely encourage it!
Music concerts are wonderful opportunities to:
- Celebrate your musical achievements
- Gather with family and friends
- Create lasting memories
Please capture as many photos, videos, and audio recordings as you’d like. These memories are precious!
We respect your privacy! Here is our policy:
- With multiple concerts, recording every performance isn’t feasible
- We may occasionally record select performances for promotional purposes
- We respect your image and video consent choices from your enrollment agreement
- Any recordings we make are primarily used for brief promotional clips showcasing our school
Generally, no. Our regular student concerts are not live-streamed. If we ever plan a special event with live broadcasting, we will announce it well in advance and obtain written consent from all participating families. Your privacy and comfort are our priorities!
Attendance & Ticketing
Absolutely! All Musipire students, parents, and family friends are welcome—completely free of charge!
We love having audiences support their fellow musicians. It’s a wonderful way to experience different performances and get inspired!
We’re excited you want to support other students! Once we finalize all concert dates and times, we will publish the complete concert schedule on our website. You’ll be able to:
- Browse all upcoming concert dates and times
- Choose which concerts you’d like to attend
- Request free entrance tickets from our office for any concert

Yes, tickets are required for entry—but they are completely free of charge!
Here’s how ticketing works:
- Performers automatically receive two complimentary tickets for their parents/guardians
- Additional tickets for relatives, siblings, and friends are available free from our office
- All tickets are free—we just need to know how many more tickets you need

Important: You may enroll your child in the concert and complete the payment via this online form, or you may visit our physical stores to complete the payment and enrollment
Yes! We love showcasing versatility! If your child wants to perform on multiple instruments (even ones they’re no longer actively studying), that’s wonderful. Each performance requires a $25 registration fee per instrument.
