Concert Dates & Scheduling
This winter we offer two concert formats, and every student performs in one of them:
- Musipire Student Concerts — hosted by the school. You choose the date and time that suits your family when you register.
- Teacher Studio Concerts — a recital presented by one teacher for their own class. If your teacher is presenting a Studio Concert, your teacher will confirm the date and time with you.

Musipire Student Concerts — Winter 2026

Each concert is about one hour, with 10–12 performers.
When you register (online or in person with our office team), simply select the date and time you prefer.
- Each concert has 10–12 performers, so every student gets a relaxed, unhurried moment on stage.
- Register early to get your preferred date and time!
Every Student Concert is hosted and run by the Musipire team, so your performance does not depend on your teacher’s schedule.
A Teacher Studio Concert is a recital presented by one teacher for their own students—much like a class showcase, where students perform alongside classmates they know, followed by a studio celebration. Teachers who choose this format select their own date and time.
Reserved Teacher Studio Concert times (tentative)

Each teacher will confirm their Studio Concert date and time by October 28. Final dates will be posted on this page and shared by your teacher.
Not at all! Many of our teachers prefer to have their students perform at a Musipire Student Concert. Both formats offer the same stage, the same professional setup, and the same certificate and celebration. Musipire Student Concerts also offer some extra advantages:
- You choose the time that works best for your family
- A broader stage experience—you perform alongside students of different instruments, ages, and levels
- Your teacher can focus fully on preparing you, while our team takes care of hosting the concert
No worries! You can register for any Musipire Student Concert that still has open places. Just choose a different date and time when you register, or ask our office team to help you.
Registration closes Sunday, November 15, 2026.
Concerts often fill up before the deadline, so we encourage you to register as early as possible.
The complete performance schedule, including each student’s concert time and performance order, will be posted on our website after November 20 and sent to all families before Thanksgiving.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your concert starts.
This gives performers time to check in, get settled, and be ready to shine when the concert begins.
Performance Guidelines
Great question! Your performance piece should:
- Showcase your current skill level and what you’ve been working on
- Have strong performance appeal and engage your audience
- Holiday pieces are welcome and festive! Since many students may choose similar selections, we also encourage variety to keep each concert exciting and fresh
Discuss your options with your teacher—they’ll help you select the perfect piece that lets you shine!
Performance length guidelines:
- Beginning students: 1-2 minutes is perfect
- Advanced students: 3-5 minutes works beautifully
If your piece runs longer, consider skipping repeated sections and moving to the finale. This keeps the concert flowing smoothly and gives everyone equal spotlight time!
We strongly encourage memorization as it’s excellent practice and allows you to connect more deeply with your performance. However, it’s not a strict requirement!
If you need sheet music on stage:
- Absolutely bring your music—we support your comfort on stage
- Plan ahead for page turns (you may need a helper from your friend or teacher or careful sheet arrangement)
- Discuss the best approach with your teacher
Remember: The goal is a confident, enjoyable performance—whether that’s with or without music!
Technical & Venue Information
Yes! We provide:
- Microphones and amplification for all vocal performances
- Bluetooth connectivity so you can play backing tracks directly from your phone
Feel free to prepare your accompaniment track in advance, and we’ll help you connect seamlessly!
Absolutely! We’ll have ready for you:
- Amplification system
- Microphone
- Footstool for proper playing posture
Fun fact: Our concert hall has fantastic natural acoustics—even without amplification, your sound carries beautifully to the back row. But we still provide amplification to ensure everyone hears your performance perfectly!
We provide four professional, height-adjustable piano benches. All students who need to perform seated will have comfortable, properly fitted seating. Everything is prepared and ready for you!
Rest assured! Our grand pianos receive professional tuning before concerts. You’ll be performing on instruments with excellent tone quality and precise intonation—exactly what you deserve for your special performance!
Recording & Photography
YES, YES, and YES! We absolutely encourage it!
Music concerts are wonderful opportunities to:
- Celebrate your musical achievements
- Gather with family and friends
- Create lasting memories
Please capture as many photos, videos, and audio recordings as you’d like. These memories are precious!
We respect your privacy! Here is our policy:
- With multiple concerts, recording every performance isn’t feasible
- We may occasionally record select performances for promotional purposes
- We respect your image and video consent choices from your enrollment agreement
- Any recordings we make are primarily used for brief promotional clips showcasing our school
Generally, no. Our regular student concerts are not live-streamed. If we ever plan a special event with live broadcasting, we will announce it well in advance and obtain written consent from all participating families. Your privacy and comfort are our priorities!
Attendance & Guests
Absolutely—everyone is welcome, and it’s completely free! We warmly invite parents, grandparents, siblings, relatives, and friends to come and cheer on our performers.
Students who are not performing are also welcome to attend. Watching fellow musicians is a wonderful way to get inspired!
No tickets are needed this season. Simply come to the concert and enjoy!
Seating is first come, first served, so we recommend arriving a few minutes early.
The complete concert schedule will be posted on our website after November 20. You’re welcome to attend any concert to support your friends!

Our fee structure is simple and family-friendly:
- Only performing students pay registration fees
- Parents, family, and friends attend free—no tickets needed!

We’ve made it easy to register and pay for the concert! You have two convenient options:
- Option 1: Pay in Person — During your child’s lesson, simply let our staff know you’d like to participate in the concert. Our staff will gladly handle the registration for you and accept payment by cash or credit card on the spot.

Yes! We strongly welcome and encourage students to perform on multiple instruments—even ones they’re no longer actively studying. It’s a wonderful way to showcase versatility!
We offer reduced fees for multiple instruments:
- 1 instrument: $30
- 2 instruments: $50 (instead of $60—you save $10!)
- 3 instruments: $70 (instead of $90—you save $20!)

值得一提的是：我们的音乐厅拥有卓越的自然声学效果，即便不加扩音，琴声也能清晰传至后排。即便如此，我们仍将提供设备，力求每位听众都能尽享完美音效！
我们配备四张专业的高度可调钢琴凳。所有需就座表演的学生，均能获得舒适、合宜的座位。

通常不会。我们的常规学生音乐会不予直播。若遇特殊安排需进行直播，我们将提前发布通知，并务必获得所有表演家庭的书面同意。您的隐私与感受是我们的首要考量！
