Thank you for choosing our venue! This guide contains everything you need to successfully book and prepare for your event.

Since we’ve confirmed that our venue is a great fit for your event, you can now proceed with the booking process. This guide will walk you through each step.
Check Availability & Reserve Your Date
First, check if your desired date and time is available:
Our online booking system shows all available dates and times in real-time. You can browse upcoming availability and select your preferred slot.
What to Consider When Choosing Your Time:
- Weekday vs. Weekend: Weekend rates (Fri-Sat-Sun) are $400/hour; Weekday rates (Mon-Thu) are $300/hour
- Duration: Most recitals work well with our 2-hour package (includes setup, performance, photos, cleanup)
- Parking: Street parking is free after 7 PM weekdays and all day on weekends
- Travel Time: Consider your attendees’ commute when selecting start times
Review & Sign the Rental Agreement
Once you’ve selected your date, review and complete the rental contract:
The rental agreement includes:
- Complete terms and conditions
- Pricing details for your selected package
- Payment schedule and deadlines
- Venue rules and guidelines
- Security deposit payment ($500)
Important: Your booking is not confirmed until both the signed contract AND security deposit payment are received.
Follow the Payment Schedule
After signing the contract, you’ll make payments according to this schedule:

Obtain Required Insurance
⚠️ INSURANCE IS MANDATORY – NO EXCEPTIONS
You must provide proof of liability insurance at least 14 days before your event.
Required Coverage:
- $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage
- $2,000,000 general aggregate
- Must name “Musipire Inc.” as Additional Insured
- Must be valid for your entire rental period
Events without valid insurance will be cancelled with no refund.

💡 Weekend Definition: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are considered weekend days for pricing purposes.

⚠️ Piano Protection: Our Yamaha baby grand piano is valued at over $20,000. Piano repair costs range from $500 to $5,000+ depending on damage. You are financially responsible for any damage to the instrument.
📅 Complete Event Timeline

- Arrive during your reserved time slot

- Clean up and vacate by end time
- Receive security deposit refund (if no issues)

🚨 ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM CAPACITY 🚨
TOTAL PEOPLE IN VENUE AT ANY TIME
This includes: Performers + Teachers + Audience + Ushers + Staff + Guests + EVERYONE
⚠️ Fire code strictly enforced. Exceeding 50 people will result in immediate event termination with no refund.
⏰ Time Management – CRITICALLY IMPORTANT
Your rental time includes EVERYTHING:
- Arrival, setup, and equipment check
- Performer warm-up
- The actual performance
- Photos with families
- Cleanup and departure
You MUST vacate by your end time – no exceptions. Other events depend on this.
Overtime charges: $100 per 30 minutes if you run late
Example for 2-hour rental (7:00 PM – 9:00 PM):
- 7:00-7:30 PM: Arrival, setup, warm-up (30 min)
- 7:30-8:30 PM: Performance (60 min)
- 8:30-8:50 PM: Photos with families (20 min)
- 8:50-9:00 PM: Cleanup and departure (10 min)
🎹 Piano Protection – YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Our Yamaha baby grand piano is a $20,000+ instrument. You are financially responsible for any damage.
NEVER:
- ❌ Place food, drinks, bags, or any objects on the piano
- ❌ Attempt to move the piano
- ❌ Let children play with or climb on the piano
ALWAYS:
- ✅ Keep all liquids at least 10 feet away from the piano
- ✅ Ensure only trained pianists play the instrument
- ✅ Use the bench properly – don’t drag or drop it
Piano repair costs range from $500 to $5,000+ and will be charged to you if damage occurs.

🎭 Performance Planning Guidelines
Based on 22 Years of Experience Hosting Successful Concerts
For 2-Hour Rental (Most Popular):
- Actual Performance Time: Maximum 60-70 minutes
- Recommended Performers: 12-15 performers works well
- Buffer Time: 60 minutes for setup, arrival, transitions, photos, and cleanup
For 3-Hour Rental:
- Actual Performance Time: 110-120 minutes
- Recommended Performers: Adjust based on piece length
- Buffer Time: 60 minutes for setup, arrival, transitions, photos, and cleanup
These are recommendations based on hundreds of successful events. Concerts that significantly exceed these guidelines typically experience problems with timing, audience fatigue, and overall dissatisfaction.
✅ YOU MAY:
- Use all provided equipment
- Take photos and videos
- Use your own professional recording equipment
- Display small posters/programs
❌ YOU MAY NOT:
- Exceed 50 total people
- Move the piano (without approved permission)
- Use tape, nails, or adhesives on walls
- Smoke or vape anywhere in building
- Bring alcohol without approval
- Use confetti or glitter
⚠️ VIOLATIONS THAT RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVENT TERMINATION
- Exceeding 50-person capacity
- Smoking or vaping in the building
- Damaging the piano or equipment
- Violating noise ordinances (exceeding 85 decibels)
- Refusing to vacate at end of rental time
- Allowing minors to be unsupervised
No refunds will be issued for events terminated due to policy violations.
🧹 You Must Leave the Venue As You Found It
- Remove ALL personal items, decorations, and belongings
- Dispose of ALL trash in provided receptacles
- Return all chairs, stands, and equipment to original positions
- Turn off ALL lights and sound equipment
- Report any spills or damage immediately
Failure to clean up will result in $200 cleaning fee deducted from your security deposit.

Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule once without penalty if requested at least 30 days in advance (subject to venue availability). Additional rescheduling requests incur a $100 administrative fee.
